Mandate

Writing is the highest form of intimacy. God in his majesty chose to relate with us not through speech and usual modes of human interaction but through the power of scripture and writing. This way we don’t just have insight into the Writers words but we have a perspective into the Writers heart.

Over the years I found myself writing a series of journal entries whenever I came to a foreign land – notably New York, Turkey, Germany, Amsterdam and Indonesia.
As the Holy Spirit led me to write, I never anticipated that these pieces were being written for public distribution.

Even so, here we are. John 3:8 would encourage us to be led by the Wind, and follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit.

David, Paul and Daniel proved the importance of writing. Their Holy Spirit inspired ancient words alongside their honed penmanship have provided the framework for our faith today.
